Hi everyone!  We haven't updated our site in a while, so just thought I'd share what is new in the wedding planning. 

A few weeks ago, I gathered up my bridesmaids and we went to order bridesmaid dresses....they will be sort of a simple style, navy blue (our colors are navy and silver).

A couple weeks ago, John and I met with the priest for a second time.  During this session, we filled out our compatibility tests to be sent off for scoring.  We'll find out how "compatible" we are during our next meeting with the priest.  I think we'll be ok though.  :)

Mom has been working on our cake topper, bouquets, and other decorations.  Our cake topper is going to be just awesome and very unique...can't really say much more because we want it to be a surprise.  We found a really pretty bridal bouquet online, so we just ordered mine, which has navy and white roses.  My mom's cousin, who is very artsy, is making my bridesmaids' bouquets.  She is so good at making bouquets, that she can make them in her sleep...literally!  She actually put together one of the bridesmaid bouquets in her sleep.

John and I have also been doing some househunting here in Indy, but we are not really getting to serious about it yet....maybe when we find something we really like in our price range. 

Oh, we had our engagement announcement put in the newspaper last week, so we have both been getting tons of compliments on our picture.
