Solis Lough Eske Castle
From Ballyshannon bypass Donegal Town and continue on the N15 until you see a car dealership on your left hand side. There is a signpost indicating left for Solis Lough Eske Castle and the entrance is approx 100 yards down this road. The gates are huge you can't miss them!
The Mill Park Hotel
From Ballyshannon, bypass Donegal Town and follow the signs for Killybegs. When you come to a roundabout whereby the Killybegs exit is first, the Mill Park Hotel is a very short distance down this road and to the left.
Ard Na Breatha Guesthouse
From Ballyshannon enter Donegal Town. From the Diamond take the first exit left and continue on the road for about 200 yards until you see various signposts, one points to Lough Eske Drive on the right. Take this turn and continue on this road for about 100 yards. The road forks and on the left leads to Lough Eske Drive and to the right a residential area. Take the right and drive straight for approx 500m, you will go under a bridge and see Ard Na Breatha at the top of the hill.
Donegal Manor
From Ballyshannon bypass Donegal Town and continue on the N15, Donegal Manor is on the right hand side. If you pass Clar Chapel you have gone too far.
Dublin to Donegal Town
There are a couple of ways to go about this depending on where you start out from. The first option is to take the N3 ( Navan Road) through Navan, Virginia, then take the A3 through Enniskillen on to the Ballyshannon bypass and continue on the N15 towards Lifford until you get to Donegal town.
The second option is to take the N4 through Lucan, Enfield, bypass Mullingar on through Carrick on Shannon, Sligo and then on to Donegal Town.
The easiest option by far is investment in Sat Nav.
