The symbol at the right means "Double Happiness," which, being the ABC's that we are, we only learned a few months ago.

If you've never attended a Chinese wedding banquet, you might be curious (or worried!) about the food served, and why we didn't offer you a choice between fish, veggie, or beef with your invitations.

That is because it will be a ten-course meal which will encompass a variety of dishes featuring all those choices and then some.

Below is a sample menu for your reference (subject to change until Tommy and I finalize it):
